Client experiences

What people are saying.

I had the opportunity to see Kristin two times over an inflamed knee that was sidelining me from running. After just one session, she eased the pain, the following appointment she had me back on the road doing what I love. Without Kristin’s knowledge and help, this injury could have held me up for weeks to months. She took the time to follow up, answer questions, and respond to my inquiry within an hour of reaching out. Thanks to her I am able to continue my passion and run my 10k next month. I truly believe without her help and guidance, I would have missed my race.

Runner

For about two years, I couldn’t lie on my left side for more than a few minutes without pain radiating from my hip. After a session with Kristin that included dry needling and red light therapy, I was able to sleep on my left side that night!
